The Palmyra Fire Department Fire Line

March 19 - At 10:15 a.m., 911 dispatched first responders to a report of a patient who had fallen from construction equipment on County Road 413.  First responders assisted ambulance personnel and returned to the station at 10:54 a.m.

March 20 - At 11:26 a.m., 911 dispatched firefighters to a report of a multiple vehicle accident on US-61 south of Palmyra.  Using extrication equipment, firefighters removed a door from a SUV to gain access to a patient.  Both vehicles were inspected for hazards.  Due to deteriorating road conditions, firefighters remained on scene assisting with traffic control.  Firefighters returned to the station at 2:26 p.m.

 March 20 - At 10:59 p.m., 911 dispatched firefighters to a report of a single vehicle accident on US-61 near County Road 326.  There were no injuries; firefighters cancelled their response and returned to the station at 11:08 p.m.
