NEW STATION WAS BUILT AND OPEN HOUSE WAS JUNE 24 1978
CITY/OLD FIRE STATION WAS CONDEMNED DUE TO BEING UNSAFE
At the corner of Main and Lafayette Streets diagonal from
the courthouse there was a porch to the upper story, under this porch
ladders, rubber buckets and pikepoles were kept on a rack.
